- If the cancellation occurs before service initiation, a full refund may be credited within 7-10 days to orginal payment mode
- If the service has already commenced, a partial refund or no refund may apply, depending on the stage of completion.

- Once your cancellation is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability, technical errors, or invalid payment details.
- If we cancel your order, you will be notified, and any payment made will be credited to the original payment mode within 7-10 days promptly.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items:
- Health and wellness treatments/services are non-refundable once availed.
